Star Rise Consultancy (SRC) – Our main objective is to help businesses and individuals, recognize their true potential. Marja is a dynamic actress, her love of the stage and her ability to take on different roles paved her leadership journey and style. She understood first hand working with different directors and cast the power of self – awareness and control.
As a leader you must understand that you cannot control people’s reaction, you are only in charge of your actions, therefore, to be a good leader, you must tailor your actions to the audience that you are dealing with in the present. You must adjust your style in a way that makes your team feel empowered, heard, cared for and needed! This has been a major ingredient in success story of Marja’s leadership journey.
Marja has over 15 years’ experience in Management. She has had roles in Operations Management, Human Resource and Recruitment, Sales and Marketing, Training and Development, Talent Management and Client Management and Relations.
She developed training curriculum, tailored to her individual learners to help them to become the best versions of themselves. Working with so many different personalities and behaviors and getting them to realize and reach their true potential paved the way for Star Rise Consultancy (SRC), which was registered on June 3rd 2019.
Our motto “if it’s important to you we’ll make it shine” is what we aspire to do. Redundancy for an employee after 15 years in a business can seem quite disappointing, however for Marja that was a door being opened for her that she was too scared to fully open on her own. Once the door opened though, the thought of using her skills developed at the call center, to help business owners, managers and individuals to truly understand and unlock their full potential was a dream worth the risk. The gratitude, joy, growth and “SHINE” that she has seen in people after working with them, is something that she continues to bring to the business places and employees that she works with.
Marja’s journey to SRC was not easy, however, adversity, trials and challenges make success even more gratifying. There are many individuals, who have not unlocked their true potential, who do not feel worthy, who lack belief in themselves, who settle for less because they feel that this is what they deserve. Marja’s mission is to first help you to see who you truly are, help you to see how far you can reach, and work with you at your pace to get you to your best self! “The world is full of good people, if you can’t find one be one” This was a quote that Marja stumbled across many years ago, however, something that she lives by daily.
Marja does not want to make you “a” great success story, she wants to make you the best success story for you, as no one is better at being you than YOU!!!!

Ashley an introvert at heart, found her passion for people development when she joined the leadership team at her last job as a customer service manager. After 8 years in management, she now describes herself as a true introvert with extrovert skills. Her acceptance of this helped her personal growth as a leader and helped her successfully lead her team of agents and supervisors.
Ashley’s passion includes creative approaches to mundane tasks. Because work is sometimes repetitive and that can become boring, why not spark up new ways, or create small challenges to help make the tasks more interesting- this has been a driving force behind her success.
Ashley has seen the need for more self-awareness in people. She believes that if you understand your personality, then you can better control and manage your interactions and in turn your success.
Ashley is meticulous, through and deliberate and she believes these qualities can help you to succeed. Be meticulous in your work and take pride in the end result of everything that you do, be thorough in the process, avoid taking short cuts and skipping over steps as anything worth doing is worth doing well and be deliberate; in your words and in your actions. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
